Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Manager to lead medical communications programs. You will partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution and maintain financial performance.

You will oversee workflows, MLR coordination, and project documentation while providing guidance to Program Coordinators and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of project management in pharma-related services such as medical communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project workflows for client programs.
• Coordinate MLR review processes and project documentation.
• Support financial tracking and invoicing activities.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates and operational discussions.
