Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Manager to lead client programs, partnering with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account leaders to drive execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

You will oversee workflows, MLR processes, budgeting, invoicing, and vendor coordination, while mentoring junior team members and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience in pharma-related services.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with budgets, invoicing, or resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project workflows to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate MLR review processes and project documentation.
• Provide visibility into timelines, milestones, and financial performance.
• Partner with Scientific Directors and account leaders; mentor Program Coordinators.
