Job summary

You will partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution, maintain operational excellence, and ensure timely, high-quality work.

The role requires managing workflows, coordinating MLR review, budgeting, invoicing, and mentoring junior team members, while serving as the main client contact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of project management experience in pharma-related services.
• Experience coordinating budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and timelines in a deadline-driven environment.
• Coordinate MLR review processes and project documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates and financial communications.
