Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications seeks a Program Manager to lead delivery of complex medical communications programs. You will partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution, maintain financials, and ensure timely, high-quality work.

You will oversee workflows, MLR coordination, documentation, invoicing, and act as primary client contact, guiding junior staff and ensuring compliance with industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–3 years in pharmaceutical-related services such as medical communications.
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project budgets, invoicing, or resource planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize project workflows for client programs.
• Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory review processes.
• Manage project documentation and financial tracking.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates and discussions.
• Ensure compliance with client and industry requirements.
• Support program logistics, vendor activities, and mentor coordinators.
