Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Washington state is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive to drive strategic, consultative sales for local businesses. The role blends broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships to grow our clients’ reach and ROI.

As a consultative seller, you will prospect and close new business, conduct needs assessments, and collaborate with internal teams and Market Leadership to exceed goals. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity designed for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
