Spectrum is seeking a field-based marketing professional to drive exclusive programs across multiple property portfolios. You’ll implement campaigns, visit properties, and collaborate with staff to promote Spectrum services and enhance client satisfaction.

You’ll work with property teams to run targeted email campaigns, coordinate digital promotions, and support upgrades while partnering with sales to convert contracts to Spectrum Ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client service and relationship building.
• Experience creating marketing programs for multi-dwelling units.
• Familiar with cable industry operations and marketing.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilités

• Implement Spectrum’s marketing initiatives through onsite collateral, welcome packets and digital campaigns across assigned properties.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including promoting Spectrum Internet as an amenity on property websites.
• Partner with property teams to launch targeted email campaigns to incoming residents and secure upgrades.
• Collaborate with sales to transition contract upgrades, amendments and conversions to Spectrum Ready and Quick Connect solutions.
• Resolve issues with properties violating Exclusive Marketing Agreements and renew agreements as needed.
• Serve as primary account owner, driving penetration and acting as day-to-day liaison for client requests.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and keep clients informed of Spectrum’s offerings.
