Spectrum Community Solutions in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Account Executive to negotiate and close Rights-of-Entry and bulk agreements with MDU properties, developers, and property owners. You will prepare ROI's, proposals, and contracts, while aligning with corporate guidelines.

You will collaborate with various departments, manage select accounts, and report to Sales leadership, with travel up to 50% as required.

Formación

• Must have strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with commercial and residential real estate or telecom service agreements is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and document Rights-of-Entry and Bulk agreements with MDU properties.
• Prepare ROI's, proposals and contracts in compliance with guidelines.
• Lead a small team of Account Executives when required.
• Provide weekly status reports to Sales leadership.
