Strategic MDU Account Executive

Job summary

Spectrum Community Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales across MDUs and SFUs. You will develop strategic plans, present compelling proposals, and close long-term agreements for services including HSD, video, and managed Wi-Fi.

In this role, you will build high-level client relationships, exceed quarterly quotas, and navigate complex contracts. A valid driverf license and permission to travel up to 50% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of strategic planning and problem-solving to develop effective sales strategies.
• 1+ year of experience navigating long sales cycles to close complex deals.
• Proven negotiation skills and contract proposal/review experience.
• Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and fiber-connected networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales presentations to secure long-term ROE agreements with MDUs and SFUs.
• Exceed quarterly revenue sales quotas across all products, including HSD, video, managed Wi-Fi, and other bulk services.
• Build consultative relationships with high-level clients to offer best products/services and maximize client NOI.
• Negotiate competitive MDU sales agreements while navigating legal redline processes and developing proposals and contracts.
• Travel up to 50% as required, primarily day trips with some overnight travel.
