Job summary

Earnest is seeking a Staff Marketing Analyst based in the United States. You will partner with Marketing leadership to architect budget allocation, channel mix, and long-term strategy, owning end-to-end performance analytics across channels.

You will establish and evolve MMM, MTA, attribution frameworks, and build dashboards that become the single source of truth for marketing performance, growth, and efficiency. The role shapes data foundations and informs executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing or growth analytics, with senior-level influence.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity to solve complex marketing problems in regulated spaces.
• Experience evaluating performance across Paid, Lifecycle, Direct Mail, and Partnership channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing leadership to architect budget allocation, channel mix and long-term strategy.
• Own end-to-end performance analytics across all channels and translate data into growth actions.
• Lead measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, attribution, incrementality) for channel effectiveness.
• Build dashboards and KPIs as the single source of truth for marketing performance, growth and efficiency.
• Evolve data foundations with reliable pipelines, models, and definitions in collaboration with Analytics Engineering.
• Influence executive decision-making with data-driven insights and strategic thought leadership.
• Raise analytical capabilities by standardizing experimentation, documentation, and data storytelling.
