Job summary

Target is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to process, mine, and analyze business and market data to improve decision-making across cross-functional teams. The role will design, develop, and maintain reports, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights across Retail and E‑Tail to support monthly reporting and projections for products and customers.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data from multiple sources to evaluate results and trends.
• Designs standard dashboards to monitor business health and performance.
• Identifies competitors and customer behavior changes and informs marketing techniques.
• Collaborates with digital marketing analytics to improve campaign efficacy.
• Performs product and customer segmentation analysis; develops marketing models.
• Understands competitive landscape; researches VOC and supports planning.
• Supports cross-functional teams on division strategy and execution.
• Partners with commercial teams to ideate and analyze new sales initiatives.
• Supports development of business cases with market and financial analysis.
• Assists Marketing leadership to meet objectives.
• Performs other duties as needed.
