Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Market Development Lead to drive growth by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners and retailers in Louisville, KY. You will craft and execute sales plans, identify opportunities, and help coordinate distributions, promotions and in-store placements.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/CPG or a relevant degree, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Formación

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Engage Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) to support customer service and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share.
• Coordinate distribution, merchandising, promotions, and retailer events; respond to retailer concerns within 24 hours.
• Use data to identify retailer needs and communicate insights to partners and internal teams.
