Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership, problem solving, technical, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Engage with independent distributor partners (IDPs) to support customer service and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead route consults and meetings to understand IDP needs and plan for growth.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share.
• Use data to identify retailer needs and communicate insights to internal teams.
