The role requires 3+ years in sales or CPG, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Travel locally and overnight is expected; relocation if needed may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership, problem-solving, analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Engage Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) to support customer service and identify sales growth opportunities.
• Lead route consults and conduct meetings to understand IDP needs and growth opportunities.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans to grow market share and support retailer events.
