Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Market Development Lead to drive growth by partnering with independent distributor partners and retailers. You will build strong relationships, manage plans, and adapt to changing conditions to grow market share.

You will collaborate with internal teams, lead IDP engagements, and deliver regular sales plans while leveraging data to uncover opportunities and optimize routes and displays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or CPG experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel locally and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) to drive sales growth.
• Build collaborative relationships with IDPs and retailers to meet targets.
• Lead route consultations and plan with IDPs to identify opportunities.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share.
• Analyze data to identify retailer needs and opportunities, sharing insights.
