Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Market Development Lead to drive growth with Independent Distributor Partners and retailers. You will build relationships, plan sales initiatives, and guide distribution and merchandising strategies across markets.

You will use data to identify opportunities, support item launches, and ensure planogram compliance while coordinating with internal teams to deliver targeted growth and improved routes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Engage with IDPs and retailers to drive sales growth and resolve issues.
• Lead route consultations and meetings to identify opportunities and needs.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plans to grow market share.
• Coordinate inventory, logistics, and in-store displays; support promotions.
• Analyze retailer data and communicate insights to partners and teams.
• Support new product launches and planogram compliance.
