Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in sales/CPG or 2+ years with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to travel locally/overnight.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and retailers to drive market growth.
• Lead route consults, planograms, distributions, promotions, and events with IDPs.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and share market insights.
• Coordinate inventory, logistics, and retailer communications; respond within 24 hours.
