Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in sales/CPG or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills, and willingness to travel locally and overnight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel locally and overnight, relocation if required, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) to drive sales growth.
• Lead route consults and conduct partner meetings to understand needs.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share.
• Plan and coordinate targets for distribution, merchandising, promotions and events.
• Coordinate inventory and logistics, monitor trends, and respond to retailer concerns.
• Use data to identify retailer needs and communicate insights to partners.
• Support item launches, planograms, resets, and service issue resolution.
