Sazerac Company in Corpus Christi, TX is looking for a Market Development Representative to drive growth for our spirits brands across on-premise and off-premise accounts. You will craft growth solutions, build brand equity, and lead distributors with in-store execution to meet volume goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• New grads: internships or entry-level sales experience acceptable.
• Results driven: proven ability to deliver distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Technical savvy: use of sales data analytics to drive results.
• Mobility: valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Schedule: willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Location: live in or near territory.
• Expenses: ability to cover and be reimbursed.
• Compliance: obtain solicitor’s permit in any state.

Responsibilities

• Craft innovative growth solutions for assigned accounts to boost brand share.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing and account execution.
• Drive volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Plan and execute strategic programs for distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Build mutually valuable rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Serve as communications lead between customers, wholesalers and internal team.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
