Job summary

Sazerac invites you to join our Market Development team as a Market Development Representative covering a Texas territory including Corpus Christi. You will partner with on-premise and off-premise accounts to grow volume and distribution for our spirits portfolio.

You will craft growth solutions, lead distributor execution, and use sales analytics to drive brand building. The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and flexible hours; we offer competitive pay and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1 year of field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries; internship acceptable.
Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive sales results.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Craft and execute growth solutions for assigned accounts to boost market share.
Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
Build brands by leveraging consumer and category insights to meet objectives.
Monitor KPIs to ensure achievement of volume and distribution goals.
Coordinate between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams to align programs.
