Job summary

Chemtrade is seeking a Business Development Manager to build a deep understanding of our Water Solutions market, identify and champion opportunities, and lead ongoing portfolio analysis. The role focuses on expanding product lines into new markets and researching growth opportunities across US and Canada, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel
• Ability to solve complex problems and ramp up in multiple areas
• Excellent verbal and written communication and business judgment
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven, independent work and proactive in finding solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine new business opportunities for Chemtrade’s solutions business and provide actionable recommendations
• Lead understanding of Chemtrade’s end markets in US, Canada, and globally as needed
• Analyze market trends, regulations, and technology impacts on the business
• Develop marketing plans and strategy with BUs and owners of market sections
• Evaluate opportunities for new products and new markets
