ChemTreat is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive water treatment sales and growth across a designated geography. You will develop strategies, analyze markets, and work with Technical Staff and Account Managers to expand share in the assigned segment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in water treatment, a technical engineering background, and a proven track record in creating effective sales plans and securing new business with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field required.
• 10+ years of water treatment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and strategic selling skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with chemical water treatment systems and applications.
• Provide market, trend, competition analysis and revenue insights.
