Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Market Development Manager to strengthen relationships with Food Service on Premise customers and grow revenue in the Washington state area.

You will prospect new clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract compliance while delivering excellent service. The role requires 2+ years in customer service and 1+ years in sales, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a Customer Service role required.
• 1+ years in Customer Sales preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service.
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
