Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Market Development Manager to service Food Service on Premise customers, grow volume, and meet revenue goals. You will prospect new clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract compliance.

You will build progressive relationships with an assigned customer portfolio, drive new business, activate in outlets to strengthen brand partnerships, and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years Customer Service experience required.
• 1+ years Customer Sales experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight value and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with high level of service.
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
