Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Market Development Manager to provide excellent customer service and manage relationships with Food Service on Premise customers to grow volume and meet revenue goals.

You will prospect new customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract compliance while collaborating with other departments to deliver top-tier service. This role emphasizes growth, relationship management, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role.
• 1+ years in customer sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight value and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service.
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
