Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Market Development Manager in the United States (Washington/Clinton area) to manage relationships with Food Service on Premise customers and grow revenue. The role requires a background in customer service and sales, with proficiency in MS Office and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Base pay range is $70,064 - $91,959 plus bonus. The company offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement as part of a large bottling network across 13 states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years Customer Service Role required.
• 1+ years Customer Sales preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service.
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
