Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Market Development Manager to provide excellent customer service and manage relationships with Food Service on Premise customers to grow volume and meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring contract compliance. The base pay range is $70,064 - $91,959 plus a bonus structure, varies by location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 2+ years in a Customer Service role.
• 1+ years in Customer Sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service.
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
