Job summary

Cumulus Media, a leading audio-first media company, is seeking an Account Executive in Kokomo, IN to manage relationships with local and regional businesses, grow the revenue base, and deliver marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, and event channels.

You will identify new opportunities, create customized campaigns, negotiate and close deals, maintain a full pipeline through prospecting and referrals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and revenue targets are

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong lead generation and ability to maintain a sales funnel/pipeline
• Digitally savvy with networking and prospecting skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new business opportunities with existing and new clients
• Develop customized marketing solutions across multi-platform assets (broadcast, digital, events)
• Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue and foster long-term client relationships
• Maintain a full sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Support order creation, billing issue resolution, and regular sales reporting
