Job summary

CUMULUS MEDIA | Cincinnati has an immediate opening for a full-time Account Executive to join the Sales Team. You will manage relationships with dozens of local and regional businesses, protect and grow revenue, and identify new opportunities with existing and new clients; provide marketing solutions to help customers achieve business goals; plan and implement initiatives to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
• Media or digital/online advertising sales experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify client business needs and develop customized marketing solutions.
• Deliver multi‑platform sales presentations showcasing broadcast, digital, and events.
• Negotiate and close deals while building long‑term client relationships.
• Develop deep knowledge of Cumulus assets and product offerings.
• Manage time to optimize revenue opportunities and fulfill commitments.
• Prospect actively to maintain a full sales pipeline.
• Prepare orders and monitor billing, reports, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with teams to represent the brand and drive client success.
