Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. You will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around HCM initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees.

You will manage complete sales cycles and forecast your pipeline, supported by ongoing training and a comprehensive product suite. You’ll spend most of your time in the field, documenting and managing multiple cycles from initial

• Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Experience in B2B outside sales preferred.
• Background in HCM, technology, or software sales desirable.
• College degree desirable but not required.
