Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Major Accounts to sell cloud‑based HCM solutions to mid‑market clients in a designated territory. You will manage the full sales cycle, forecast a robust pipeline, and leverage ADP’s 40+ products to drive new business and expand existing accounts.

You will primarily be in the field, building relationships with executives, negotiating deals, and delivering value through ADP’s comprehensive HR, payroll, and benefits platforms.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and hit/exceed sales goals within your geography.
• Develop a targeted sales strategy to reach decision‑makers and owners.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build client networks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate with internal partners to win and implement solutions.
