Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts to sell cloud-based HR technology to mid-market clients across a defined territory. You will independently manage the full sales cycle, forecast your pipeline, and partner with ADP’s resources to close deals and drive growth.

You will engage executives, build networks, and leverage ADP’s 40+ solutions while benefiting from ongoing training, competitive compensation, and recognition programs as you scale your book of business.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
• Military experience can help with teamwork, resilience and negotiation.
• Be a proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win new business, and achieve sales goals within your geography.
• Implement a sales strategy to reach decision-makers and business owners.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build client relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with clients and internal teams while upholding high ethical standards.
