Job summary
Grafana Labs, a leading provider of Grafana-based observability platforms, seeks a Majors Account Executive for key customers in the West region. The role focuses on expanding existing business with top accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering value for Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
- Proven track record of top-tier performance in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication across channels and with executives.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to expand Grafana usage within 3–5 top existing accounts across functions.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships in current customers.
- Create and execute strategic plans for defined account sets.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to negotiations.
- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Convey value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
- Manage Salesforce-based pipeline, quotes, orders, and day-to-day requests.
