Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks a Senior Commercial Account Executive to drive new business in the West region of the United States. You will identify opportunities, manage forecasts, and guide customers from trial to renewal with a consultative selling approach.

This is a 100% remote role offering an OTE of $160k–$220k, RSUs, and a culture focused on growth, openness, and collaboration. Must be based in the U.S. and have 3+ years in infra tech sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication across all channels (in person, online, written).
• Experience with high-velocity technology companies and open-source familiarity is a bonus.
• Located in Austin or Denver.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations.
• Cultivate sales through outbound and inbound leads.
• Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers.
• Manage Salesforce-driven pipeline, quotes, orders, and day-to-day requests.
