Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in HCM or technology sales.
• Capabilities in cold calling and professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete sales cycles, from prospecting to implementation.
• Close sales and meet sales goals independently and collaboratively.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
