Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a high-impact Major Account Manager to win new strategic logos and grow a focused portfolio of about 20 accounts. You will shape multi-year plans, lead complex deals with senior decision-makers, and assemble a virtual account team to deliver meaningful outcomes.

This role requires 5+ years in enterprise technology sales, strong relationships in public sector accounts, and ability to travel regionally up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in enterprise technology, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, networking, or infrastructure.
• Proven success selling into State, Local Government, and/or Education accounts.
• Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting cycles, and funding mechanisms in public sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and strategic accounts.
• Self-starter with excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed (estimated 40%).

Responsibilities

• Drive new, expansion and renewal opportunities across all accounts.
• Acquire new strategic logos while farming and expanding existing accounts.
• Build executive relationships and secure senior-level access.
• Develop and execute major account plans with multi-year view.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations.
• Coordinate a virtual account team (specialists, SE, etc).
