Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a Major Account Manager to drive growth across a focused portfolio in the US Southeast region, including Tennessee and neighboring states. You will shape bold, multi-year account strategies, lead executive-level negotiations, and coordinate a virtual team to deliver security outcomes for customers undergoing digital and AI transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in enterprise technology or cybersecurity
• Proven success selling into State, Local Government, and/ or Education accounts
• Strong understanding of procurement cycles in the Southeast US and related funding mechanisms

Responsibilities

• Drive new, expansion and renewal opportunities across all accounts
• Acquire new strategic logos while farming and expanding existing accounts
• Build executive relationships and secure senior-level access
• Develop and execute major account plans with multi-year view
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal orchestration
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations
• Prioritize effectively across a large book of business
• Use Check Point tools to manage accounts, pipelines and forecast
• Coordinate a virtual account team (specialists, SE, etc)
