Job summary

The Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A at Fresenius Kabi USA will drive growth of the corporate portfolio through strategic projects and inorganic opportunities, including digital health, venture investments and emerging technologies.

This role may be worked remotely, but requires regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters. Visa sponsorship is not available. Salary range is $138,000–$150,000 with a target 10% annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, Strategy or business analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel up to 15% (including international).

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas and identify targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead due diligence and develop business cases for board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management on prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Model valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver corporate projects through diligence and execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
