Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic projects and ecosystem partnerships. You will collaborate with global teams, lead due diligence, develop business cases, and secure board approvals for high-impact opportunities.

The role requires strong financial acumen, healthcare experience, and the ability to travel up to 15%. This is a senior, visible role with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience including at least 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, companies/assets including startups for inorganic growth; focus on nutrition, MedTech and biopharmaceuticals.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management on inorganic targets and prioritization.
• Manage portfolio analysis and evaluation of new business areas, scenarios and modeling.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities from identification to negotiation and execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external stakeholders such as consultants and investment banks.
• Leverage market dynamics insights to inform strategy and future direction.
