Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth of the corporate portfolio through strategic projects and new business opportunities. The role is primarily remote, with regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL, and priority for local candidates. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities include due diligence, business case development, and valuations (DCF/NPV); collaboration with global teams; and presenting opportunities to senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Experience in a highly complex, matrix organization.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid evolution.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze markets, segments, and companies/assets including startups for inorganic growth.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development, and approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment of inorganic targets.
• Manage internal portfolio analysis and scenario modeling.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities from identification to execution.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver corporate projects.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Leverage market insights to inform strategy and direction.
