Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager of Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive inorganic growth across Fresenius’ business areas. The role partners with management, leads cross-functional teams, and oversees due diligence, business cases, and execution of strategic projects.

Regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL HQ, with local candidates prioritized; but remote work is possible. A comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus plan complement the role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze markets, segments, and companies/assets for inorganic growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects from due diligence to execution, with board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management and prioritize inorganic targets.
• Develop valuations and analyze strategic corporate opportunities across Fresenius business areas.
