Job summary
Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth of the corporate portfolio through organic and inorganic strategic projects, including digital health, venture investments and emerging technologies. The role requires collaboration with management and regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters; remote work is possible with priority for local candidates.
The position offers an annual bonus target of 10% of base salary, a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze markets, segments, companies/assets including startups and identify targets for inorganic growth.
- Lead projects through due diligence, business case development, approvals and execution.
- Prepare pitch documents for management alignment on inorganic targets.
- Perform portfolio analyses and scenario modeling for new business areas.
- Build valuations using methods like DCF, NPV, precedent analysis.
- Manage strategic projects through all phases from identification to execution.
- Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
