Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an experienced M&A Integration Manager to drive post-acquisition integration in a remote-first environment. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, IT, HR, and GTM to translate deal theses into execution plans, manage RAID logs, and keep executives updated.

This role reports to the Corporate Development Director and requires strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, or related fields.
• 2+ years supporting M&A transaction due diligence or integration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate deal theses into execution-ready integration plans.
• Proactively map dependencies, update milestones, and RAID logs.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops for product integration and TSAs.
• Synthesize updates for executive leadership and maintain schedules.
• Lead day-1 readiness, synergy targets, and integration playbook updates.
