Job summary

SailPoint seeks an M&A Integration Manager to act as the heartbeat of the Integration Management Office (IMO). You translate deal theses into concrete plans, map dependencies, and drive RAID logging and milestones while coordinating with Product, Engineering, IT, HR, and GTM.

You will use tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Slack in a fast-paced environment, reporting to Corporate Development and impacting long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, business operations, sales operations, or technical program management.
• 2+ years supporting M&A due diligence or integration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across multiple levels.
• Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with rapid, changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level deal theses into execution-ready integration plans.
• Proactively mapping dependencies, updating RAID logs, and aligning milestones.
• Facilitate workshops to streamline product integration across teams.
• Synthesize progress for executive leadership with clarity and cadence.
• Lead Day 1 readiness planning and post-acquisition integration workstreams.
