The role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure on-schedule, on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate will drive program management, risk tracking, governance, and stakeholder communication while enabling transformation across departments and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
