Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration efforts and large-scale transformations. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, align stakeholders, and manage budgets, timelines, and risks.

Based in Eastern Time Zones with remote work options, this role requires 8–10+ years in P&C insurance, strong PM skills, and PMP preferred; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 8-10+ years of P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute M&A integration projects and large-scale transformations.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project roadmaps, milestones, and governance structures.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage changes and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout initiatives.
