Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Manager, M&A Integration to drive post-acquisition integration across Product, Engineering, IT, HR, and GTM. You will translate strategic theses into actionable integration plans, track milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs, and coordinate with the Integration Management Office to ensure Day 1 readiness.

Using MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Slack, you will align stakeholders, lead cross-functional workshops, and deliver executive summaries focused on speed, clarity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 4+ years in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, or related fields.
• 2+ years supporting M&A due diligence or integration work.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic deal theses into execution-ready merger integration plans.
• Proactively map dependencies, update milestone trackers, and RAID logs.
• Facilitate workshops to streamline product integration and due diligence.
• Synthesize progress updates for executive leadership and maintain schedules.
• Coordinate across SailPoint using MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
