Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large transformation initiatives. The role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

You will develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive organizational alignment to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8–10+ years of P&C insurance project experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through M&A integration.
• Oversee large transformation programs to ensure on‑time delivery and budget.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, and stakeholders across units.
• Develop risk management plans and track milestones.
• Communicate status and decisions to senior leadership.
