Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A integration. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, defines roadmaps, manages budgets, and drives transformation initiatives to ensure timely, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic goals.

The candidate will lead complex integration programs, liaise with executives, and optimize processes, systems, and governance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 8-10+ years of PM and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, timelines and governance.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to support M&A integrations.
• Oversee large-scale transformation programs across processes, systems and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress and budgets.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder communications.
