Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute large‑scale integration projects across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and align with priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to allocate support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
