Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management experience in P&C insurance.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, timelines, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring budget and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop status reports for executive leadership and governance.
